We have developed good long-term contacts in the Building Maintenance and Services market place with both end user clients and established contractors looking to outsource various niches and elements of the industry to the smaller independent contractors.

We have established a number of long-term contracts in partnership with a Controls company who are predominantly Northern based. EMI Services are a proactive and innovative company who are always looking to improve upon the services we offer our clients of all sizes and requirements, with a view to tailoring each clients needs, where good value of service is paramount.
